These terms govern your use of the 1333be platform and all services offered through it

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any portion of the 1333be platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 1333be with respect to your use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 1333be, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 1333be or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had an account on the Platform suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws that apply to you.
• You are not depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.

1333be reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1333be reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any registered information changes. 1333be is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Your 1333be login credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

1333be accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer. Deposits are generally credited to your 1333be wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed payment; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Before processing any withdrawal, 1333be may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. 1333be reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or an active bonus wagering requirement that has not been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 1333be may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotional term and these general Terms, the promotional term shall take precedence in respect of that specific offer only.

Unless a specific promotional term states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable promotional term before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game type — slots, live casino, and sports betting may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1333be platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of bets and bonuses, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage ("advantage play" beyond normal skill-based activity).
• Colluding with other players or 1333be employees to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering.
• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without explicit written consent from 1333be.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit made to your 1333be wallet without first contacting support.
• Using VPN software, proxy servers, or other technologies to mask your true location or identity.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, defamatory, or offensive content in any communication channel operated by 1333be.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1333be platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of 1333be or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written permission of 1333be.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1333be and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1333be makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

1333be's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 1333be account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

1333be collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 1333be uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 1333be account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet after the deduction of pending bonuses and any outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed verification.

1333be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account creates a regulatory or legal risk for the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the 1333be platform, shall first be referred to 1333be's customer support team at [email protected] for attempted resolution. 1333be aims to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration or such other dispute-resolution mechanism as may be required under applicable law, rather than through litigation in a public court, except where such an agreement would be prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms in that jurisdiction only. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
